It seems to our group that the government, as well as most organizations, would rather give a man a fish to eat instead of teaching him/her how to fish and so actually making a difference. We run off a completely different philosophy from all others.  We want to help teach others to conserve energy in their daily lives; that way, when you have learned and have started to make a difference in your life then you will want to spread the word and help others.
