 CARBON BLUEPRINTS' SPECIAL PROJECTS

Special Notice:We want everyone to feel assured that their money will be paid to the project of their choice and not go straight into someone's pocket. We will audit each projects use of these funds and report them to our sponsors and partners. We give a wide selection of projects to donate to, each being used to further to work of cleaning EARTH. These projects include:
Urban Forest Project

URBAN REFORESTATION:

A tree in the forest can offsets 48 lbs. of CO2 per year. An Urban Forest tree can offset 720 lbs. of CO2 per year. We grow our own trees in a nursery and plant them around homes and neighborhoods. We try to focus in lower income areas.
REGULAR REFORESTATION:
A tree in the forest can offsets 13 - 48 lbs. of CO2 per year. An acre of these trees, approx. 300+ trees, can offset between 2.6 and 7.2 tons of CO2 per year. We plant in the United States and other countries where our funds come from, offsetting the area that our sponsors think are having the largest problems with CO2 emissions.

Low Income Conservation LOW INCOME CONSERVATION:
Energy conservation should be available to all incomes and social levels. Some cannot afford the changes they need in their homes and we help them with that. We teach these families how to conserve and we have them help others with the information we give them. Sponsors recommend low income families that need these services and we provide them with the tools they need.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY:
Energy efficiency is when we use technology, practices, process, and other resources to help conserve and produce new technology. CarbonBlueprints.org has set up a Think Tank that is incharge of creating new technologies that will help make energy go further. They work with technologies to produce new alternative energy. There are many projects CarbonBlueprints has funded to produce and research that they are now working on. Read more in our next newsletter.

Wind Turbines ALTERNATIVE RESOURCES:
There are many types of alternative resources (alternative from fossil fuels-coal and oil) including: Wind Turbine Power, Solar Power, Hydro Power, Nuclear Power, and a few other. CarbonBlueprint.org has begun research and testing solar power. Solar Power is potentially the most efficient way of producing new energy for every home.

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS:
The greatest think tank in the world today is contained in our universities and colleges. This great think tank has produced the greatest ideas in the world. CarbonBlueprints.org is dedicated to the educating and growing of this great alternative resource and is establishing a scholarship fund for these great thinkers to come up with new ideas for alternative fuels and resources. Donate now for Winter 2009. Applications will be taken in early October 2008.
