 CARBON BLUEPRINT SPECIAL PROJECTS

NATURAL FOREST REFORESTATION:
A tree in the forest can offsets 13 - 48 lbs. of CO2 per year. An acre of these trees, approx. 300+ trees, can offset between 2.6 and 7.2 tons of CO2 per year. We plant in the United States and hope to expand to other countries where our funds come from, offsetting the area that our sponsors think are having the largest problems with CO2 emissions.
Globe Earth

MATH BEHIND REFORESTATION:
Trees are considered the Lungs of the World except they do not exhale Carbon Dioxide they instead breath Carbon Dioxide and exhale Oxygen, a great exchange for the Carbon Dioxide that is put out by human production. Did you know forests cover 30 % and that tropical rainforests cover 2% of the earth's land surface. These forests house over 2/3 of the living species of the world.

Many countries are cutting down their own trees and depleting their forests to small portions of what they use to be. In the People's Republic of China, most of the forest that use to be there have been cut down and the government is only now realizing their mistake. America in return has been planting trees in excess of those they cut down each year and is continually growing more to help offset problems with CO2 and other gaseous materials we humans create.

The trees planted each have not come close to offsetting the CO2 and other gaseous materials we produce in the United States and that is why replanting forests especially Urban Forests are so important. Much of the land that was deforested in the past has still not been returned to its normal habitat and that is where we come in.

PROJECT REFORESTATION:
Carbon Blueprint has put a great effort into growing Urban Forests, which have a great impact into problemed metropolitain areas, but this same group has been put together to restore forests around the world, which process is called Reforestion. These trees are planted as either seedlings or seeds, planted in empty acres where trees use to be and protecting them throughout their growth, until they can take care of themselves. These areas are either purchased or donated to our group so that we may reseed, replant, and regrow these areas to bring back the natural beauty and efficiency of the area.

We are waiting for our donations to increase in this area so that we may buy another acre to take care of or to have another acre donated. The initial process of reforestation only takes a few day. Then securing and observing the area takes a few years, but very little time. Without the funds to buy these acres our groups are put on hold until the next acre becomes available.

PROJECT GOALS:
As a minimum, we would like to purchase and reforest at least one acre a year and reforest one acre that is donated to Carbon Blueprint. We accept acres in any state, which we will prepare, seed and/or plant. If they are far from one of our offices we will ask our sponsor/donator to keep their eyes on the land and help us with our research on these areas. We will set up security cameras for any dangers that may come to these trees but need the help of our sponsors to keep their eyes on the area as much as possible.

TO DONATE:
CarbonBlueprints.org has signed up with a third party money exchanger in order for those donating to feel that their information and their money is safe and secure. We have partnered up with Paypal.com to exchange all donations because they are a trusted name in the area of money exchange.

To Donate, please click on the link below to insert your information. If you would like information on the progress of our projects please insert your e-mail address so that we may forward our newsletter to your e-mail each quarter. We appreciate all donations and hope to hear from our sponsors with comments and suggestions to create a more efficient and helpful organization.
